Obesity :health risks 

Obesity is not only a cosmetic problem but its a health hazard .If someone is 40% overweight they have twice as likely to die prematurely than a average weight person.
This is because obesity is linked to many to several serious medical conditions like :
  • Diabetes 
  • Cancer
  • Gout 
  • High blood pressure 
  • stroke 
Doctors agree that the more obese he or she is most likely to have a health problem.

Monday February 19 What are several ways to show honor and respect on presidents day ? First of all you can honor all the previous presidents .And respect all the progress we have made in the u.s  because of them . Possibly  learn the history behind it or even teach it to other people .You can also have a moment of silence on this day.  How can you show honor and respect on presidents day ?
